Register

If you forget your password, please click on ‘I forgot my password’ and enter your e-mail address that was used in the registration process. A new password will be sent to the provided address.

It is not necessary to have a login and password.

You can make purchases without registration. In this option, however, you cannot check your order history. For subsequent orders, you must complete the delivery details again. You cannot use any promotions for regular customers.

To register in the store, click “Your Account” and then “Register”. In the next step, provide all the required data. After clicking “Register” an email with an activation link will be sent. After clicking the link, you can make purchases in the store.

You can change your address details, just after logging in, click on “data edition”.

Orders

Clicking on the “Purchase” button (located on the product page) moves one piece of the product to the basket. Adding a product to the basket will take you to the page with the possibility of making a purchase and will present an appropriate message visible at the top right of the page with the number of products in the basket.
After clicking on the basket, you can proceed with the order by completing the delivery details and then pay for the order

There are two buttons in the basket that allow you to continue shopping, the “Return” button and the second “Go to cart”. After selecting the form of delivery and payment (e.g. transfer) and clicking the “Pay” button, the system will direct you to a place that will allow you to pay for the order.

The order status is visible in the order history for registered customers. In addition, customers receive automatically generated emails informing about the statuses: confirmation of the order, acceptance of the order, sending the order. The last mail also contains information about the waybill number.v

Shipping and delivery

Delivery costs depend on the payment method and type of delivery. Currently all shipping options are free.

Online payments can be made within 7 business days of placing the order. Click the formula on the order confirmation. After 7 business days, if no payment is made, the order will be automatically canceled.

Returns and complaints

A customer who has a distance contract may withdraw from it, without giving a reason:

With regard to the purchase of discounted goods – covered by any kind of promotion or discount – within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer came into possession of the last item.
With regard to the purchase of all other goods – not covered by the promotion or discount – within 30 (thirty) days from the day on which he came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer came into possession of the last item.

In order to Withdraw, the Customer must inform the Seller by means of an unequivocal statement about the Withdrawal, sent by post or fax. The customer may also complete the withdrawal form and send it by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]

The refund takes place within 30 days of receipt of the product.

In the case of cash on delivery, the money will be returned to the account number provided on the return form. If online payment has been made, the money will be returned to the account from which the transfer was made.The refund takes place within 14 days of receipt of the product.
